For a little while there was a very large chair on Parliament Hill, Hampstead Heath. One day with the help of two friends I managed to climb onto the seat of it.

Last night I came across a logic puzzle and very much enjoyed discussing it with a friend. Here it is:

If there was a treadmill of infinite length, and the width of a runway, and it was designed to MATCH the speed of the wheels of an airplane, would the airplane be able to take off the ground?
