I’m addicted to travel, I have been moving around the world for about 4-5 years now. I find being in a country with a different culture and language just makes life more interesting. The world is too big and diverse to be stuck in one place. But for me traveling isn't about the places you go, rather about the people you meet. And CouchSurfing is a fantastic tool to do just that. I have been hanging out with locals thanks to CS all over the world and I couldn't recommend it enough. Your biggest risk is an awkward conversation.
This year I have finally rented a place where I can host people, after 4 years of staying in very temporary places. I now have an apartment until the end of 2023 with a proper couch, and I can't wait to host people in it! I'd love to give back to the community a bit after years and years of being hosted by people all over the world.
Unfortunately, I can't host more than one person at the moment . Rent in Israel is nuts.

I'm a YouTuber, If you host me (or we just meet), I'd be glad to incorporate you in my videos. I often travel to "dangerous" countries and locations and places that are off the beaten path, and I show how people live. I want to shatter media stereotypes and give people an unbiased look at the world. I've made videos in Iraqi Kurdistan and Palestine, for example, as many Jews and especially Israelis think it's completely bonkers to go there and I decided to debunk that myth.
