COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I surfed and hosted and I liked both. They all were good experiences in different ways. I found it really curious to meet people with so many things in common... but I'm also interested in different points of view and interests.

Interests

I love learning about everything... I like art very much especially visual arts, I love painting and architecture, meeting people and look for art in them... I like dancing, expressing through movement... I like speaking different languages especially Italian which I consider to have the most beautiful accent I know and English because with it I could speak with people all around the world and it has nice sounds too. I like photography, traveling, discovering, getting lost in cities where no one speaks my language, feeling small among tall buildings and unnoticed among people in the streets, finding beauty in what nobody pays attention to. I also like cooking, eating good food, sleeping, meeting friends in cafes, forgetting the time and the weather, speaking until the sun rises and wearing sandals in the rain, passion, psychology, synchronicity, the nature, plants, puppies, anything that is new to me, playing childhood games, surprises, peace and love.

Music, Movies, and Books

I don't have much free time but I love all these art expressions. Lately I've been listening to a lot of indie music but I like most kinds. I'd leave out sad Spanish pop songs and reggaeton for its lyrics. I like cinema in general, I usually enjoy independent cinema and I find musicals really artistic (especially on stage). I could mention some films: The apartment, Thirteen conversations about one thing, Moulin Rouge, Mi vida sin mi, Il postino e Pablo Neruda, Cinema Paradiso. As for books I remember The awakening, Huckleberry Finn, Wuthering Heights. I prefer foreign cinema and literature to Spanish ones.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The last amazing thing I've done was visiting Dracula's castle in Transylvania, in the middle of the Carpathian Mountains on a foggy day.

Teach, Learn, Share

Mmmm I guess you could learn from me a bit of Spanish or Galician and their cultures and we could share opinions and views about anything! Also, Spanish and Italian cuisine and basic steps of tap dancing or flamenco ;)
