ABOUT ME

When I was a child my favorite activity used to be "going on expeditions".
This curiosity and thirst for adventure is still very near to me.

At the moment I am working at Vilnius University, teaching literature and Danish. Besides my "academic personality", I write songs and sing in a psychodelic folk band.

I live with my cat in a house on hill, a couple minutes from the old town.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I was surfing twice (in Germany and France), I've also hosted some people.
Only good experience.

Música, películas y libros

I have a weak spot for Renessainse and Baroque music. I also love
American and British folk, progressive rock, krautrock, blues, free improv,
dream pop etc. - -

I'm a passionate reader since early childhood. My recent literary loves
are J.M. Coetzee, Margaret Atwood, Julian Barnes, John Fowles, Per Olov Enquist, Tove Jansson.

Jim Jarmusch and John Waters are the first words which pop to my mind.
Then come John Cassavetes, Eric Rohmer, Ingmar Bergman, David Lynch, Ming-Liang Tsai, Otar Iosseliani, Robert Bresson and others.
