ABOUT ME

I was born in Dnipropetrovsk, Ukraine in a family of loving parents, brother and sister. I am the youngest, the spoiled one ;)

Since 17 years old I have been moving quite a lot (well, as for me, that's a lot, after sitting 17 years at the same place). First, I moved to Kyiv, Ukraine to study, then to Brno, Czech Republic, and now I'm in Karlsruhe, Germany. Whenever I come to a new place, I try to learn that country's language. German seems to be tough at first:) The thing I love about moving - it changes you and makes you think about everything from a different perspective. The things I hate about moving is that along with throwing away unimportant things, you also lose something importnat.

People say I am calm and easy-going.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

For now I have only had couchsurfing experience with my friends of mine. Also, I used couchsurfing a few times to meet up with people in cities I visited. Although I am not an active couchsurfing user right now, I think the whole idea is awesome.

兴趣

I enjoy learning foreign languages.
Other interests are biking, watching movies, listening to music. Travelling.
And I also enjoy dancing a lot, especilly Swing (Lindy Hop, Charleston)

My favorite movie directors are Wes Anderson, Jim Jarmush.
Music I like: Adam Green, Tom Waits, The Doors, Massive Attack, Mumford and sons, Morphine, The Beatles, George Winston, Richard Cheese, Воплі Відоплясова, Океан Ельзи, 5'nizza...
As for the books, I like fantasy. It lets you run away from the reality, which I sometimes want.
