Celebrating and supporting integral wellness, symbiotic abundance, and intercultural connection. ...just a fancy, super reflective way of saying we empower ourselves and work towards inspiring others to take optimal living into our own hands.

ABOUT US
After we both traveled across the globe discovering ourselves within land-based communities, integral wellness lifestyles, natural healing traditions, indigenous wisdom and spirituality, it took us returning full circle to return to our birthplace of Baltimore, MD for Spirit to cause our paths to cross. We first connected around shared passions of inspiring resiliency in intercultural youth through urban gardening, pride in our human African roots, and excitement for our potential as human beings and it quickly became clear that we had much more work to do together. As we now build a family together, we are committed to empowering ourselves, our loved ones, and our greater community towards living lives of symbiotic abundance within nature, integral wellness, and intercultural connection, while inspiring and working with others to do so as well.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've only had a couple of experiences and they were all very sweet and mellow. It was many years ago before I had my family, so I'm excited now to experience the difference it will make being with my husband-to-be and son.
