I'm an old school millennial who loves travelling without the internet. I love to just pick up a physical map and walk to the destinations I like. Loved doing that in Scotland - particularly Edinburgh, it's such a walkable city. But hated doing it in Singapore - I went in May and the sun was exhausting, wouldn't recommend that. I like destinations with a bit of history involved and where I can easily mingle with locals and other tourists without being afraid of getting mugged.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm here mostly to find people I would like to meet on solo trips or locals who could add more flavor to my knowledge of the city

Music, Movies, and Books

Music - my friends think I should be ashamed of my musical taste but I like pop music. Music and dancing go hand in hand for me
Movies - Lord of the Rings trilogy, the Dark Knight are absolute favorites. Rewatched them like a million times. The Big Short, The Usual Suspects. Or any Christian Bale movie, tbh
Books - Favorite books are far too many. I like PG Wodehouse, Tony Morrison and Philip Roth
