ABOUT ME

Hello! I come from the far off and exotic lands of Canada to meet crazy people to do crazy things with. I've been teaching and travelling all over the world for the past 5 years and really loving it. I can usually be seen eating in 'hole in the wall' restaurants with a tall and loud Englishman, lazing on beaches, or trying to sneak pictures of unsuspecting locals.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

When we're hosting we generally try to give people a place to relax and be themselves, and if we all have enough energy after drinking and chatting all night, we'd be happy to show you Madrid through our eyes. At the moment, we do work quite a bit, but we will try our best to best as attentive as possible!

On the other end, when I am be hosted, I try and leave as little of a footprint as possible (meaning, I try and be a considerate guest, to pave the way for the next couchsurfers to come)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I find this site works better when you are hosting, than when you are surfing. I've extended warm welcomes time and time again to couchsurfers, and have been endlessly rewarded with great experiences and friendships.
