About Me

Hi! I'm a 25 year old doctor doing my internship in Warsaw, the capital of Poland. My dream has always been moving to Australia after finishing the studies, hopefully that will happen one day. Like everybody here I love traveling, among other things I'm also interested in theatre, yoga and volunteering.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My couchsurfing experience has started in Brazil in 2013. I couchsurfed there multiple times and each time it was a great adventure. I had an amazing time and most importantly it has shown me how people from the end of the World really live like. That was when I decided to create my own account and since then couchsurfed in Czech Republic, Indonesia, Japan, Taiwan, Philippines, Malaysian Borneo, USA, Mexico and Sri Lanka.

I think it's a great idea to help each other while being in places we don't know, share each other's culture and make some friends from different parts of the World.

Last Summer I was roadtripping the US from California to Florida with my 4 best friends for a month. We managed to stay at couchsurfing the whole time, every day with a different person or family. I think you can never truly explore a culture staying in hotels and going to pretty beaches. The best way to do so is staying with the locals, living exactly like your hosts, going places they go every day. With open arms they welcome complete strangers and show them a piece of their World completely for free. This type of travelling gives you the full possible experience and a glimpse of how all kids of people live at the other side of your planet. I couldn't imagine travelling without couchsurfing anymore and I cannot wait to finally get my own place and start hosting travelers as well.
