Overview
About Me
Looking to connect with myself and the world around me 💫.
I love communicating and listening to all types of people. I'm trying to explore my more playful side. Sometimes I might be somewhat introverted or serious, which can put some people off.
Interested in meditation, yoga and calisthenics at the moment 🧘♂️🕉️. Apart from my interest in psychology, I have always been fascinated with philosophy, economics, history, politics, and exploring anything I don't understand (which is a lot of things!).
Giving and receiving love while I'm here ❤️
BY THE WAY, if you are interested in staying in my house, be aware I follow a somewhat strict schedule and might not be home a lot, and will go to sleep quite early. Other than that, I'm happy to host people (although I do prefer just 1 or 2 days).
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
For me, it is an exercise in trusting other people and exploring cultures and different ways of being. With luck, apart from exploring new places I will make friends along the way!

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: rock, indie pop, metal, some rap, classical... It's a whole mix. Some examples include
Schism - Tool
Previsão - Bossacucanova, Adriana Calcanhotto
Caress your soul - Sticky Fingers
Books: Philosophy, young adult novels. Some of my favourites are:
The body keeps the score - Van Der Kolk (haven't finished it, but an incredible book on trauma and the Mind-Body connection)
Meditations - Marcus Aurelius (a timeless classic of stoic philosophy)
His Dark Materials - Philip Pullman (read the trilogy years ago but I remember the empty feeling after finishing, the sense of nostalgia and wonder that left behind)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I walked for a whole month from Sant-Jean-Pie-de-Port to Finisterre, which was (I think) more than 1000km! A lot of people were met, stories exchanged, and moments shared. Lots of fun!
Teach, Learn, Share
I can give some guitar lessons, Spanish speaking, classes on psychology, tips for meditation and relating to oneself. I can offer philosophy discussions, calisthenic workouts and most importantly, show love and appreciation for your existence!
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can offer manual work, some guitar playing and singing, deep conversations and massages (I am no profesional, but I've been told I give good massages).
Most importantly, I can offer active listening. I think this is the most important thing I can offer, to let you feel seen and appreciated and give you the space to express yourself (or at the very least, I will try)
Countries I’ve Visited
Austria, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, England, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Montenegro, Morocco, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, United States
