Overview
About Me
I am a 31-yr old Chilean who is back in my homeland after a few years living and studying in New Zealand. I am currently living with my parents but we have a spare room so that we are very keen to recieve some cool people in our house this summer. Personally, I enjoy meeting people from other parts of the world, so I think Couchsurfing will surely be a great experience for me and my family. I am an easy-going guy, with an overall positive attitude towards life.. I also love football, books, coffee, travelling, playing my guitar. If you like Salsa and latin dancing, I am the guy to meet here in Santiago...
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am honestly very new in this, but I as a passionate backpacker I know how important is to meet local people while traveling. For now, I am very keen to recieve travellers in my flat, but I might try to find hosts in my future travelling destinations.

Music, Movies, and Books
As I mentioned above, I am a big fan of Latin-jazz, including afro-Brazilian, afro-cuban beats...A bit of Hip-Hop, R&B will always be welcome. From the pop side of music, I love Daft Punk, Major Lazer, Bruno Mars, Jack Johnson, Air, etc...
A big fan of Murakami books at the moment. Also, I always have enjoyed Latin-american literature including the classics Gabriel Garcia Marquez and Mario Vargas Llosa... but there are so many mores!
I loves movies in general, although not a big fan of the cheap/superficial Hollywood movies we are bombareded week by week (do not missunderstand me, there lots of great US movies around); but as a result, I have recently developed a taste for international films.
