Hi! My name is Igor. I'm from Russia. I live in the southern Urals, in Chelyabinsk. I am 52 years old. I have a wife and two daughters. One daughter 24 years old, another 4 years.

I work as a trainer and consultant. Teaching courses in public speaking, negotiation, sales and NLP (neuro-linguistic programming).

Love walking in the mountains. I go to solitary hikes in the mountains of the southern Urals. In 2014 there were tracks in the Himalayas (Nepal) to base camp Everest (5345 meters).

Love to explore new places by bike or on foot.

In June 2015 I started to run regularly. In may 2016 I will be my first time running a marathon (42 km 195m) in Prague. I hope to reach the finish line :)

I think that after 50 years life only begins!
