About Me
Alright actually this stuff is secret, so I will just tell this once. I don't think I'm from this place. If you believe in stuff like this, you can imagine that I'm from another dimension.
Yeah.
One, where people don't worry about shit and live their lives as if they just had one. And the air there is great.
Well, honestly about everything there is great, because people there still mind where they're coming from and respect their nature.
And each other! Man, when did that become a problem?
But well, nevertheless, I ended up being here now, somehow. So vamos, let's get to know this mess. I even went that far: I'll study psychology now.
I want to see what moved people to go that far, and how to teach them to let it go. And yep, I might be crazy as well, but I think it could be practical to be the first one to have certainty about that, so before someone locks me into isolation with other "crazy people" I could just disappear and live solitarily in the mountains and become 178 years old or something.
So you problably realize you won't have a usual evening if you spend it with me. But that's alright I guess.
Interests
The first interest to put here is definetely travelling. Journeys, as I like to call it. I think I'm just starting to create a new Markus Euringer, and he is fed by journeys.
I did the Camino de Santiago from March til June, started in Mannheim and went down to Porto. Around 2500km on the bike. Although that was my first travel alone, I met an incredible mass of shockingly amazing people. And I broke free. Sometimes I like to gather people around me, that would be a reason to be on Couchsurfing, sometimes I like to be alone. But you can grow in both ways, and that's what I like the most.

Music, Movies, and Books
I like a lot of music stuff, like Bob Dylan songs, The Black Keys, Ben Howard, José González, Eddie Vedder, Paolo Nutini, Neil Young, Fink, and I play guitar, sometimes, very long times. I'm also into electronic music and traditional Asian music stuff, and Hip Hop music stuff. If you can show me good music, your name will be put on the list of cool people. Also, I like the books of Jack London and Paulo Coelho, probably my favourites. And some Osho, some Nietzsche, Thoreau, Emerson, poetry sometimes, Fromm and Alain de Botton. Currently I'm reading Revolution by Russel Brand, tricky but powerful.
Favourite movies, alright. Do you know Being John Malkovich? That's a good one. I like this type, sort of mindfuck movies. So Memento, Donnie Darko, The Fall, The Machinist, The Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, The Secret Window, twisty stuff, you know what I mean. There is anther one called Fight Club. And Waking Life, a big favourite.
I also like travelling movies and courage movies. The Secret Life of Walter Mitty. Into the Wild. Hector and the Search for Happiness. 7 Years in Tibet. And so on.
And somehow, I'm a bit into fucked up movies, just love them. So for example The Rum Diary and Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas.
I also like Walking Dead, Vikings, Game of Thrones and nearly every type of Anime.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Played as a street musician in Leon, Spain. For fun and food.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you how to cook good fresh food in under 20 minutes. And currently I'm learning how to play guitar like Ben Howard, I can also teach you that once I'm done. I generally share all the stuff I have, makes you happier normally. And, if you request it, I can teach you how to speak Bavarian like a pro.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share my singing and music, if you like. I'm also known for often being the last man standing, so we can as well share a couple of glasses filled with whatever you like. (Except you're from Siberia). And, naturally, we can have a lot of conversation.
