Hi! I'm Sasha, Indonesian who loves to doing something random. Traveling is like my calling. Even if sometimes my parents worried about I'm getting lost or sick or meet strange strangers in abroad, but now they're okay with that and understand my choice.

I worked as TV producer, and daily I filming for tv program or just make short video for our youtube channel. It was so busy daily life, but I enjoy it. And it's also make me can't go traveling often and too long time. I have only 12 days off in a year for travel. SO SAD! Hahaha! But I always try traveling as often as I can! Sometimes I also get free travel because of my work. Like filming to other city for travel program. That's mean I also can sightseeing that place while I work :D how lucky i'm.

I'm very cheerful, expresive, friendly person with a cute puffy apple checks that will make you want to bite them :P seriously. Bright smile and eyes that will make you comfortable and feels like know me long time ago. Ah ya! And.. I tell you, I'm very lucky girl in the world (?) Why? I will tell you later

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like to be stranger and love the strangers. Because of the strange, i know what 'close' is. For me, make a new friend with local and learn their daily life is more important than go to attraction place like amusement park etc. I didn't need that place. I can do that in my country. I want to do something local, like local life with my CS. Because, tag along with local, we will know place that tourist didn't know. Because I'm not tourist. I try to be a local everytime i travel.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- 1st travel abroad to Singapore and I was alone!

- Won Singapore Airlines ticket for free (plus $1000 SGD) with anywhere destination in the world. And I choose go to Japan, and I brought my sister with me (only two of us and that was her 1st time go abroad)

- Touch the snow for the 1st time and play snowboard at Shiga Mountain Japan

- After 4 years dream, finally I can see Phi Phi Island with my eyes. With 2 friends, they're couple. And you know... It's like not holiday for me but more like.. I'm guiding honeymoon couple. I took Pict for them at beaches in Phuket & Phi Phi. And it came out really good like a pro pre-wed photographer

- My 1000THB money flying down to the sea after arrived the pier from Phi Phi tour. And the boat crew diving into the sea to take it out. OMG. Unforgettable. Unforgivable (?) fool Sasha T.T

- Meet Indonesian man who already live in Phuket more than 10 years, and his Bahasa Indonesia heard funny because he speak with Thailandese dialect :))

- Sleeping in praying room of Phuket Airport 1 night and spent almost 1 day in Changi & KLIA Airport for many times because didn't have money to book airport hotel.

- Running like crazy to catch the last flight of Singapore Flyer

- Walking 2 hours to find beautiful mosque in Malacca, Malaysia with my new buddy (read: stranger) from French.

- Playing Indonesian traditional games with strangers who just meet in cafe, and we spent night with games and talking about each other life, and run under the heavy rain and waves each other saying goodbye to our each hostel. I regret it, I didn't ask their contact :') memories in Malacca, Malaysia.

- Get free holiday from my friend to Pahawang Island, Bandar Lamping, South Sumatera, Indonesia. He just need me to accompany and guide him and he pay all of package of holiday for me.

- Won another Singapore Airlines ticket from Traveloka to Bangkok. And I choose to use that for Songkran holiday. Songkran is on my travel-life-list! And the dream comes true.

- Only bring cash money $100 to Bangkok including accommodation, transport, food, shopping etc. And it's really last piece of money when I'm arrived the airport to go back to my country.

- Get about $400 from my friend who buy my travel voucher. I got that voucher because I won writing competition (again) hehehe. But I will not use that so I sell it to them for their honeymoon. I'll use that money for my saving, for my next travel plan to Kyoto & Seoul.

- Hangout with some foreigner friends who visit my city, and I take them with my motorcycle.

- Last night (15.07.2016) I made mistake when I booked flight from Osaka to Seoul. That's ruin my itinerary T.T

What I Can Share with Hosts

I've small room with 2 beds (including 1 bed for me), i can share it with you (1 traveler and women only). I also have motorcycle so i can take you around with that. We can also meet up, for having chit chat, afternoon tea time, or whatever you want. I told you i'm a good tour guide. Let's meet!
