I am an international student majoring in Economics and International Development Studies at Luther College, Iowa. I have been living in the states for past almost three years and I lived in Netherlands for couple of years before coming to USA. I was born and raised in Nepal :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Travelling has been a major part of my life and meeting strangers and being friends with them has been my favorite part of any travels. I hope to better my travel experiences with couchsurfing!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I drowned six years ago and hadn't touched any water bodies since then because of fear. I recently went back to pool after million reconsideration and learned to swim in half an hour! May not be the huge of a deal in general, but I consider that one of my biggest achievements.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can cook authentic Nepali/Indian/Somali/Malay dish.
So I will share my cooking, stories of travelling after I left my home at age of 15, and my obsession over international politics and capitalism conversations!
