I'm a Portland native. I spent the last part of last year in NYC making connections in the photography world.

I spend most of my time with photography shooting headshots, weddings and stock photography. I am an aspiring lifestyle commercial photographer.

Other than photography I love to go on adventures in the wilderness. I love days where I wake up and one fun unplanned event leads to the next.

PHILOSOPHY

I like to live in the moment and take things as they come. I have big goals for where I want to end up in my life but the most exciting part is the journey there and the moments in between.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am new to the CS Project and am very excited to host and meet fellow travelers. I'm hoping to travel a lot in the next couple years as well so I will hopefully be staying on a lot of couches.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- rowing with your hands blistered and arms fatigued only to look up and see the sunrise peaking over the hills
- being caked in mud after just going for the perfect dive while playing ultimate frisbee
