Hello!

I'm a quiet yet friendly person. When I'm travelling I enjoy wandering around foreign streets, sitting in parks, striking up conversations, admiring the weird trees, drinking tea (or whisky, if later in the night), going to art galleries, talking to squirrels ...

When I'm not travelling I'm either at work, hanging out with my son (aged 9), working on my writing and film work, or playing some sort of instrument.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think couch surfing is a great idea. You get to meet people as you travel, learn about their lives and interests, and it helps keep costs down too!
I've only ever had really positive couch surfing experiences - both hosting or being hosted - and have made some great friends that way.

I'm happy to help with chores! My cooking isn't always excellent, but I can also cook you a vegan meal :-)
