Hello!

I've just arrived in Tunisia some years ago. Before that, I lived in Burgundy (France) and I've spent 2 years in Norway and UK.

I consider myself as an open-minded and tolerant person and I would love to meet people from anywhere in this world! I think I'm also a good listener, I love hearing about people's stories and I'm interested in really everything, as long as you make it interesting :-)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

There is a big world outside of our day-to-day lives, and even if I don't have yet lots of experiences in CS, I really appreciate the spirit of this website: meeting, hosting, eating, talking and sharing good moments with new people...

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies : I'm addicted to movies and series. Since last year, I am trying to obtain all the badges on IMDB. For the moment, I "only" have seen all the Imdb Top 250 movies from 2010 to 2016 => https://www.imdb.com/user/ur41485727/?ref_=nb_usr_prof_0

I also go to the "Ciné club" of Monastir when they have interesting projections and I am trying to go to the cinema of Sousse twice a month so if my host wants to share a good movie with me, it would be with pleasure :-)

Music : every kind of music that makes me smile and happy in the morning. I have an horrible voice but still enjoy singing alone in my car (particulary Queen - Bohemian Rhapsody and Billy Withers - Ain't no sunshine)

Books : I used to read a lots of detective novels but now I like to discover other genres. I like to swap books with friends or strangers and read something completely different than what I'm used to. For instance, recently , I exchange my favorite book "East of Eden" (John Steinbeck) with the favorite book of one of my French work colleague, "Flowers for Algernon" (Daniel Keyes), and it was a really nice discovery!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I can't pick just one of the greatest memories I have... I think about beautiful places I've visited, awesome people I've met, moments spent with my family and friends...

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am willing and able to host people for free at my personal residence. I will gladly host you if possible but it would be perfect if you give me the heads up about your trip at least a week in advance, and check in with me to make sure neither of our plans haven't changed. Of course, last minute requests are also welcomed but as I am often on business trips, I may not be available in Monastir...

We can share our meal together or go for a walk in the city. Depending on my work schedule, I would love to share moments with my hosts as much as I can :) But if you are exhausted from traveling and just want to relax, that's also totally fine for me (I've been there too).
