About Me

Energetic guy with a lot of crazy ideas. Sense of humor is my second name. I have always wanted to discover every place on earth, to know many different people and try everything what I hadn't tried yet. I'm ambitious perfectionist, those both attributes makes me a very critical to myself. I'm kinda lazy but when I want to achieve something I can go through everything.

If you want something, just grab it, as tight as you can.

Waiting, without doing, is a waste of time. And with time, I mean life.

Hakuna Matata it's my motto. Because whatever is going on, there is always a bright side. But sometimes, you need to create a bright side on your own. It's hard and painful, but remember that you are your biggest enemy and biggest friend.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I remember it was few years ago, when I was still in high school. My friends told me about couchsurfing. I was quite sceptical, I though I need to pay for being hosted. But no! It's all free, and to be honest It's the best kind of experience you can imagine.
Wherever you are, you can feel just like in home. With friendly and generous people all around the world. I would definitely high five founders of CS.

Interests

I love human mind, and the way different people think.
I'm interested in vikings culture and norse mythology.
I love fantasy, games and cinema - movies with deeper message, but also depending on my humor - light and easy comedies.
Social media and new technologies.
Travelling as a way of living.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music - especially rock, post-rock, instrumental, soundtracks from movies and games. I was once on Hans Zimmer concert in Gdansk. That was the best music experience ever, I couldn't describe it in words, It was like magic, different place in a different universe.

About movies - It's really had to point my few favorite. I love the work of Quentin Tarantino, also my top of best movies according to my "filmweb" profile (which is some kind of polish version of IMBD) are "Shame (2011)", "12 Angry Men(1957)" "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest(1975)" "Her(2013)" "Cidade de Deus(2002)" "Into the Wild(2007)" "(500) Days of Summer(2009)". But that's only few of them and there are a lot more. :) Here is my profle - http://www.filmweb.pl/user/Ikuso/films it's in polish, but It's quite easy to navigate.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Amazing thing that I have done.. I lost about 30kg, That was my hardest will attempt. A lot of sactrifices, pain and sweat. Also, I was traveling alone across south europe by hitchhiking.

Teach, Learn, Share

Share, share, share. What can I share? That is the question. I think If you want to know the positive aspects of knowing me, you just need to try. I can share with you a lot, but I can't say, which of my experiences would be the most suitable for you. I'm open for new people, places and situations. Learning is a never ending story, every new opportunity can change our point of view. We just need to enjoy each other company, and learn from ourselves.
