I am an Italian cinephile who lives in Amsterdam. I came here because of my studies an then I fell in love with the charming aspect of the city.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing is that thing in between being a tourist and a traveller.
It helps you finding nice people who usually are locals who know where to take you to better absorb the real taste of the place you are visiting. Something that a traveller can achieve in maybe 20 days, Couchsourfing tries to make you achieving it in 5 ;) That's why I love it!

Interests

I would like to say I'm into cultural stuff. Cinema, theater, museums, art exhibitions, concerts.
But I am also into chill and "silly" things: I love hanging out to take a beer with friends and have a chat about everything as I love finding my new favourite, temporary restaurant at that side of the city I have never been before...

Music, Movies, and Books

I have a thing with Indie rock and British indie bands. I am able to sing the whole lyrics for an entire day while I take the metro, I take a shower or I cook.
And of course I have a thing with films (hard to say but probably my favourite one is "Les Quatre Cents Coups" of Truffaut) and Netlix is my current partner. It made watch great stuff and it made me fall in love with "Stranger things".
I am also a huge "Game of thrones" 's addicted who can speak about it for a whole night (with a red wine in my hand, very GoT style)
Favourite book? "Perfume" by Patrick Suskind; charming and creepy!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

maybe I am doing it at the moment...Finishing my studies while working as account manager, trying to meet my friends as much as I can while I am also travelling . Fingers crossed I can still do all of this!

Teach, Learn, Share

Looking for nice people who can teach me weird words in their mothertongue and can make me understand better their own culture! ;) In exchange I can do the same and I can also teach you how to make a proper carbonara (without cream! come on, that's is just bullshit!) and share a good meal togheter :)
