Hi everybody! My name is Ilaria, I'm 26 years old and I'm from Italy. I moved in the USA almost 3 years ago. I chose to make an experience abroad so I've decided to come here as an Au pair, and after that I moved to Orlando FL to work in Disneyworld. Music, Movies, and Books

I like music so much, I also did my thesis about music. My favorite genre are R&B, Hip-hop, jazz and blues. Some of my favorite artists are Beyoncé, Ella Fitzgerald, Etta James, Billie Holiday, Alicia Keys, Lauryn Hill. So when I have the chance I'll go to some concerts. I also like reading. I love Khaled Hosseini's books but even Harry Potter books. Some of my favorite movies are: The Godfather, 12 years slave, the Green Mile, Cadillac records, Dreamgirls, Serpico.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I would say that the best thing so far was moving here.

Teach, Learn, Share

I could teach my hosts some Italian and how to cook some Italian dishes. I would also love to learn new ways of cooking and new words in a new language.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I definitely can share my cooking skills. As an Italian food is something important to me, and a very easy way to learn from other cultures. I can also share my experiences of life and some advise about Italy and Europe too.
