I am very bad when it comes to describe myself, because I never know what to say or what to highlight about me and my personality. So, let's start with saying that I am an Italian girl who likes traveling, outdoor and cultural activities (art museums are some of my favorite things), nature, animals (I have a dog that I adore), discovering new things (and especially trying new food) and meeting people from all over the world.

I can be pretty good at taking spontaneous decisions even if it doesn't seem like it at first. My friends often say that they expect something crazy from me and wouldn't be surprised if I came back with some unusual story or adventure.

I also enjoy drawing (I'm not great at it though) and doing things by hand. A few years ago I started embroidery. I can definitely make you something if you want! I especially love upcycling clothes adding new details.

I studied specialized translation, so I like learning about other languages and cultures. After graduating I started working as a translator and back office assistant in an Italian company.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've tried couchsurfing once and it was amazing, so I wanted to experience it more. I fell in love with this concept of traveling because I got to meet interesting and amazing people that left me with a warm feeling in my heart every time I left.

When I was 17 I lived one year in the U.S. through the AFS - American Field Service program
