About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Figuring out my future, (the hardest mission ever) eheh!

ABOUT ME

RockMusicLover • Dreamer • Easy-going • Joyful • Spontaneous

I'm open-minded and sunny, with a great need for laughing, cheerful and curious. I'm also a very direct and honest person, can't stand bullshit.
Sometimes stubborn. Tenacious. Quite ambitious about my life-goals.
In love with love.
I try to live things just the way they are...
I'm generally passionate about what I do.

I like Pearl Jam way of saying: "Can buy what I want because it's free, can be what you want because I am".

PHILOSOPHY

Follow your heart, but don't forget your brain.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I started the CS experience during my erasmus in Valencia (sept. 2013-july 2014), and now I'm living in a little village outside Eindhoven, as I'm doing a post-graduate internship in the city center.

I'll be pleased to hang out everywhere I will find myself, and also host travellers once I'll be back home in Italy.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

2013 - 2014 Travelling around Spanish regions:
Comunidad Valenciana, Ibiza, Andalucia, Madrid and surroundings, Cataluña, Aragóna, Navarra, País Vasco, Cantabria, Asturias, Castílla y León.

2014-2015 Travelling in the Netherlands:
Lierop, Someren, Asten, Eindhoven, Kinderdijk, Breda, Dordrecht, Maastricht... (who knows which city will be next?)

I just got my master degree (march '15) and I'm actually planning to travel around Belgium and Netherlands immediately after Easter sunday :) before going back to Eindhoven to finish my internship. So see you soon?!

Interests

Travelling: I always try to enjoying it to the fullest! • Art and architecture: I always go to visit museums, cathedrals. • Photography: still not so good at it but "photographs capture a moment that's gone forever, impossible to reproduce."• Walk in the city or in the nature and getting lost. • Food/Drink: Tasting typical dishes.

I love to meet new great people along the road, chatting and getting to know each other and as often happens: becoming friends... And doing this by speaking different languages is just the best! Memorable experiences is what I ask for ;)
I do have an addiction: taking photographs, eheh! :P

Take me to swim in the sea or cycling through the city and i'll remember you forever. (Did I say that I'm into swimming and I was a young cyclist?)

Food. Wine. I like to eat. I mean... I' a mediterranean girl... We like to eat and have a good glass of red wine!, it's in our DNA.
I like to have dinner with my friends and bottles of wine. Going to a pub with live music or a band playing. Having a chat until 3am and not even realizing it's late.

Music, Movies, and Books

Whoa, that's a huge list... filmography and music are my drugs.

Movies:
Into the Wild, 7 Pounds, The pursuit of happiness, Unglorious bastards, Monuments men, American Hustle, The Wolf of Wall Streets...
Since I was a teen my fave actor is J. Depp and director Tim Burton! In the last years I kept very updated thanks to streaming: watching a good film is always a good idea to spend a nice evening at home, so if you invite me over your only "problem" will be finding one that I haven't already watched!
I do miss good "old" movies (it's really hard to find one like the followings nowadays): The Big Lebowski, Life of Brian, A Clockwork Orange, Full Metal Jacket, The Blues Brothers, The Rocky Horror Picture Show.
Ahahahah yeah I watch too many movies! Can't get enough ;)

TVfilms:
Sherlock Holmes, White Collar, Lie To Me, The Mentalist, NCIS, The Walking Dead, Penny Dreadful, Chicago Fire, Chicago P.D., State of Affairs, The Newsroom, Mad Men, The Big Bang Theory, How I Met Your Mother, New Girl, Grey's Anatomy.

Music (rock/grunge/indie):
Led Zeppelin, Bruce Springsteen, U2, David Bowie, Queen (Freddie is my number one and always will be), Guns 'n Roses, Alter Bridge, Foo Fighters, Pearl Jam, Jack White... and LOOOT more.
And I do love to go to concerts (my top 3: Bruce @ Florence, FF @ Codroipo, PJ @ Trieste).
Sorry but can NOT stand discoteques or house/techno music.

Books:
From "Police" by Jo Nesbo, "The Millennium Trilogy" by Stieg Larsson, "Romanzo Criminale" by De Cataldo, "Gomorra" by Saviano... to Harry Potter saga (every one has been a child), and literature classics (Christie, Garcia Marquez, Wilde, Stevenson, Lee, Kerouac, Calvino... and so on). I do enjoy a good book :) or comics: Dylan Dog, Peanuts, PK.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Have I done something amazing?! Mmm... Don't think so. Still not a superhero :P

Seen? Sunset in front of Isla Es Vedrà (Ibiza), it leaves you speechless.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you how to swim :) or giving you advice on your training schedule, cook properly pasta, teach you italian language!
Ahahah, dunno! The choice is yours!
