I’m a calm but spirited person with an appetite for adventure—physical or intellectual.

Some of the many things I enjoy are traveling, swimming, yoga, fitness, cooking, researching, and writing.

I think there are very few things as precious as harmony between people—whether in the form of a great talk or shared silence.

I hope this much gives a sense and I'm sure time will reveal all the valuable things :)
