I was born and raised in the southwestern part of Siberia and at the age of 18 I moved to the UK to do my Bachelor's. Unfortunatelly, I had no idea about CS at that time, however I have visited several european countries while studing in the UK. That's how I got hooked on travelling.

I live in Almaty - the biggest city in Kazakhstan - now. It is a great place if you like hot and mosquitoes-free summers and relatively mild winters. And you can also do a lot of hiking, skiing and snowboarding here which is why I enjoy living here a lot.

My current mission is to travel as much as I can, see wonderful places and meet awesome people (and combine all these with full-time employment).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've learned about CS through my friends and already met a lot of amazing people here.

I also personally believe that meeting new people and cultures helpes me to experience my own life from a different perspective.
