About Me

I am 20 years old and I live together with my mum and my twin brother in a very small village in the country side near the Alps in Germany. In my free time, I enjoy being outside, hanging out with my friends, listen to music. I also love to cook, mainly vegetarian dishes, and to sew. As sport I go jogging and do callisthenics.
Last year I finished school with a general qualification for university entrance. Then I’ve worked in a boarding school with disabled children and teenager for five months. In this time I collected many great and educational experiences.
Then I traveled through New Zealand, Sydney, Bali and Thailand for five months.
A friend and me bought a car in New Zealand. It was our home for three months. We have seen the whole north and south island. It was an amazing time I met so many great people and seen new adventures every day. Then I went just with the backpack through Asia. All the time I traveled with new people it was an awesome time.

At the moment, unfortunately I can not host anybody for couchsurfing because I still live with my mother and we don’t have the necessary space for it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am a passionate person excited about travelling who hopes to experience new and wonderful things as well as
meeting new people and getting the opportunity to exchange with them. In my view you get to know a country differently if you make contact with the locals.
I think that Couchsurfing is an awesome platform to do that.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I spent my whole school time at a montessori school. There we have made many practical project. For example I’ve spent 2 weeks for Olive harvest picking olives in Tuscany. Also I went to Uganda in Africa for an aid project. I was assembling bikes for people in need and I’ve worked in the rainbow house of hope. A meeting place for children from the slums where they play, dance, do crafts and make music.
Another great experience was my trip to Indonesia with my brother and mother. We traveled for 3 weeks with the backpack from Jakarta to Bali.
I think the best experiences was the backpacker life for five months. New places, new people and adventures every day. One of my highlights on the trip was skydiving in New Zealand.
