I grew up near the seaside, so I'm kind of sick of it. I DO love the mountains. I like camping, I am sometimes afraid of the dark. I am a social person, and I put family and friends before everything.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I do have a story. :D When I was a kid, just 7 years old, my parents and I were in a looong vacation all over Romania. It was in February, I remember this because we had an unlucky event just on my birthday :)) Someone crashed into our car- no one got hurt, except for the car's radiator (I think). Long story short, our car broke down at 9 PM, in the middle of a dark, silent village. What to do? We found the Police Station and we talked to the officer. The man was unbelievable nice, he took us to his house, introduced us to his wife and kid, and offered us a room to crash in for the night. Then we ate together and went to sleep. I always appreciated that cop's hospitality, and we still talk to each other on important events, even though there are %^# years (omg) since then. I would like to do that for someone, someday :)

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy classic rock. I also like Ayo, Millow, Afi, Guano Apes, Muse, Parov Stelar, Nightwish and especially Kamelot. Could say more, but I think this is enough :)Now, movies.. To be really short, the first ones that come to mind: Le Fabuleux Destin D'Amelie Poulain. I loved it. I also loved Shawshank Redemption, Schindler's List, Lucy, Fight Club, A Fair Lady (Audrey Hepburn is amazing). My favorite author is Dostoievski; I love most Crime and Punishment and The Idiot. I also liked Lolita and Andrew Solomon's work in the last 3 years.
