Why I’m on Couchsurfing

A friend of mine was using Couchsurfing to meet locals and get hosted in various countries, which I found quite surprising. My opportunity came in May 2016, when I tried it for the first time in Ottawa, Canada. I truly enjoyed being hosted by locals—it’s the best way to really learn about a country!
