I'm a well travelled guy - I know how it is to live out of a suitcase !
Lately I've lived in London and Berlin for long periods of time, but I consider Riga to be my hometown still :)

I've been playing music for most of my life and everywhere I go I try to enjoy the local scene as much as I can!
My main instrument is the guitar, but I also sing and write songs .

Playing on the streets is my favorite way of travelling - I've played in more than 12 countries so far, most of all in Helsinki, Stockholm and London!

Apart from music I've worked as a Chef and also as a Hostel receptionist in London, where I've had the chance to meet so many incredible people and listen to their stories!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I wish to have a travel experience that is more organic and realistic than just staying in a hotel - I'm a great fan of the Hostel life and I've also spent a lot of time camping outdoors in communes, squats and staying with friends - to me that is the whole point of travel.

It would be impossible to list all of the people who have stayed with me in my apartments over these years,and I hope that with the help of Couchsurfing.com I will increase this number even further.

Interests

Music is the thing I love most of all - but as far as other interests go - i love film, literature, Stand-up comedy !! cooking and chess! Also watching Ice Hockey :) And Beer~!!
