About Me
ABOUT ME
I am passionate about the philosophy of Couchsurfing. Couchsurfing has been my saving grace over the years, I have thoroughly enjoyed the the ability to connect with new people and form all types of new relationships and friendships, and have enjoyed the ability to see the world from new eyes and a new perspective. I love travelling in the sense that it bridges two cultures and allows us to find our common ground as individuals and as unified humans.
PHILOSOPHY
Love where you are and pay attention to where you are. You will get to where you are going when you get to where you are going.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I believe that our current modern culture is greatly lacking in true community and authentic relationship. I love opportunities such as this that allow for vulnerability and trust and by doing so create greater connection. I would hope to use couchsurfing as a way to exchange, and create something beautiful.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have met many good souls through couchsurfing before, and hosted a few people in my home, though informally. I enjoy both receiving hospitality and being hospitable. Coming from a Russian family, we value being hospitable, and I take this with me wherever I go.
I've also had some of my best experiences WWoofing and work trading, which is another great form of traveling.
