ABOUT ME
Self-reflection is a daily activity of mine. Why do I do the things I do? Why does anyone?

I am a mediator; I started a nonprofit community mediation center in Los Angeles. I am working on a new business “Anahita Wellness” that combines mediation with plant medicines. I work online as a copywriter/ UX writer.

It's getting a bit chilly for me here in the Peruvian Andes, so I'm on the move to look for the next destination.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

The CS philosophy “you’ve got friends all over the world, you just haven’t met them yet” is the life philosophy I truly live by.

Interests

Challenging myself to look at ordinary things in a different way.

Singing, playing instruments, playing on the silks, writing, swimming, hiking to see beautiful views, dancing, choreography- I love learning new things!

Learning to make traditional foods from the country I’m visiting, or learning a completely new skill.

Soap-maker; can teach workshops on how to make natural sunscreen/ body balm/ face balm. Shampoos and creams/ lotions are more complex, but if you’re open to using preservatives and emulsifiers, then can teach those too!
