About Me
CURRENT MISSION
to learn to live in the present*
ABOUT ME
I am a laid back yogi. I am super interested in complimentary and alternative medicines and how they can be used to help manage chronic pain.
I try to do yoga every day (travelling makes this difficult), and if you host me, you are always welcome to join! I enjoy being social, but am independent and am also happy to venture on my own.
PHILOSOPHY
Just be you.
