ABOUT ME

Once born, raised and bored in a small dark corner of northern Finland, I am now seeker of new cities, change and challenge.

I can be quite independent traveler. But after all, I do travel to meet the people, not the statues. So nothing better than a stranger turned into a friend sharing the interesting sides of a new city!

I enjoy all kinds of fresh experiences. Doesn't have to be all grand and glitter, often a simple pleasure of a cup of coffee and good company will do the trick.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

This far, by traveling. I'm hoping to host as soon as I get settled back to my own city. Just returned to Helsinki after spending a working holiday year in Toronto and two months on US roads.

Always up for meeting up and introducing my city!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

However, CS made possible my solo adventure up and down US from late October to late December 2012. Got to see Pittsburgh, New Orleans, Austin, Albuquerque, Yuma, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, San Francisco, Portland, Chicago and Detroit. Appreciate and adore everyone who hosted and helped me along the way!

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

After living in the same old city of Helsinki for 7 years, I decided to try out my dream of travel and living abroad. I left my job of stress & rock'n'roll and started the experiment. As my first tame mission I moved to Canada for one year of working holiday. After one great year of new experiences, I finished my adventure in north America by going for a two month solo Greyhound/CS road trip across the USA.
