ABOUT ME

My name is Ilse van Dijk, I'm from the Netherlands. I graduated last summer at Lund University in Sweden (human ecology: culture, power, sustainability). Before that I studied cultural anthropology and development studies in Nijmegen.
I consider myself relaxed and easygoing, but that's probably what most people say. I really like sleeping and cooking/baking.
I also like exploring new cities.

Some of my favorite movies include the science of sleep, the emperor's new groove, Amelie, back to the future, I love Tarantino (his movies anyway..) specifically pulp fiction
I pretty much like every kind of music, but especially alternative and I've been getting into more folky music

Palenque, Mexico; I've never been so incredibly sweaty and gross in my life, but it's freaking spectacular. A pyramid in the middle of the jungle
