Overview
About Me
My name is Ali (Ilteris is the weird name even in my country, so don't worry about that). I'm really new at couchsurfing besides being a new master graduate -or let's say unemployed- living in London. I can call myself a fun, very sociable and easygoing guy, who loves to travel. Recently I'm an adult-life avoider, so I can bore you with my "life was better when we were in highschool" talk :) As a social science student, I love to talk about politics and life. Football is the second favorite topic probably. I'm a singer and ukulele player, so I am really intrigued with people's music taste. Oh, also I love dancing.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Besides free accomodation, it enables you to meet with many people from different cultural backgrounds. While hosting people you go to some museums and historic places that you wouldn't normally visit in your daily routine. While staying in people's place, you can have better insight about the culture, events and activities in the city, and obviously it's better to drink with someone all the time :)

Music, Movies, and Books
My favorite band is Tame Impala recently. From classics, I'm The Beatles fan. But I listen a lot of electronic tunes lately.
My favorite movie is Big Fish although I'm not a typical Tim Burton fan.
I'm a real Paul Auster fanboy. Probably I've read all of his books. Also I can say, Gabriel Garcia Marquez, and Orhan Pamuk
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I founded my acappella band and it became kinda successful in Turkey with that. Check Mensemble on youtube!
About traveling, my trip to Australia and specifically The Great Ocean Road Trip was the most amazing thing I've done.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach how to play ukulele, and basic language tips
