I live alone but I like to invite friends and have some cozy evenings with a bottle of wine or something like that. I don't have pets. But if it is really important cats are better than dogs.

If you have enough free time and you wish to walk around, I could propose some interesting places to visit.
When I'm in Samara I don't have to go to work every day, so there is no need to wake up early. Moreover you can return home late. It's not a problem.
You can also use a kitchen.
