I'm just a Russian guy, who studied in the US, then in the UK, now living in Portugal, whose girlfriend is from Germany :)
I founded a startup in Lisbon, and try to travel as much as possible, both for work and to just discover the world!

I already Couchsurfed with a friend of mine several times, but didn't have my account until quite recently. I really loved the experience of freedon while travelling and meeting awesome people while I'm at it. I hope I can both find hosts here and provide my own place for people to stay at.

Music: recently I've been really into Russian and Portuguese rap (might sound weird, but some artists are really good)
But in general, everything from Balkan music to Jazz to Rock to Alternative to Classical. Would love to hear any new type of music too.

Movies: hard to pick anything in particular - lots of amazing movies out there. Some random picks: Black Swan, Space Odyssey, Pulp Fiction, Amelie, Mean Girls?
