ABOUT ME

32 year old native Portlandian. Love playing ultimate frisbee & soccer, drinking microbrews, watching the Portland Trailblazers, meeting new people, getting outside (camping, hiking, surfing, snowboarding mostly). Favorite places to go in the evenings: pubs, live music shows, good restaurants, bookstore.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Until I get my 4 housemates on board, I'm participating as a tour guide in my hometown. If you're in Portland for a few days and want to know where to go, what to do, etc. I'm your girl! If I can join you, I will. Just depends on the good ol' schedule.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm a rookie in the professional couch surfing arena, but I have surfed on many a friend's couch. Best experiences are when I get some alone time, some together time, and we enjoy some local scene together.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Three week tour of China. Highlight was going to Temple of Heaven Park in Beijing on weekday mornings and seeing thousands of (mostly older) folks doing everything from playing cards to ballroom dancing to Kendo to tai chi. It was an amazing social and active atmosphere.
