About Me

Passionate about life, really energetic and positive person. I live in Madrid with my family as I am studying in the University in my city. I study a Master of Architecture in "UPM" of Madrid. I feel really lucky and motivated about what I am doing. I combine my studies with working as a monitor with children and sometimes working as a volunteer in some different places during my vacations in summer. I learn everyday amazing things about Architecture, History of Countries and History of Art. I also work as a plastic artist and one of my strongest passions is drawing. I love playing chess, I teach children and I play as an autodidact with many people from over the world via internet.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I consider amazing knowing people from other parts of this huge round world, and moreover if they have a really contrasting culture. Languages is also something I want to develop and talking to each other is the best way.

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to Rock music, especially classics from the 80´s and 90´s as it is the music my father transmitted to me. "Pink Floyd", "SuperTramp", "Queen"... I also love Spanish rockers like "Loquillo", or groups like "La Fuga". Some Mexican pop like "Maná" or just relaxing mixed like "The XX". Sometimes when I want to practice sport by my own I put some Trance gender, like "Emma Hewitt" or groups like "Above and Beyond". I could continue talking about it and giving more amazing names in this paragraph about me for ages...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Once I had the chance to participate in "Ruta Quetzal BBVA". It was in the summer of 2008, when I was 17 years old. It was a really amazing experience in which I was selected in a grant to visit Panama and share a different trip with aims like cooperation, learning about other cultures and mixing with other students from about 60 different countries to live together in the simplest way of surviving.
I could learn a lot and it was something that became more opened-minded. Travelling, in my opinion, is one of the best ways to erase our prejudges.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I consider myself and humble, simple person. Talkative and looking forward to learn about from the others. I am patient and I specially prefer to listen to the others than talk about me, because it is the way to learn. I am very passionate about things about my fields and I always want to share my knowledge if the others do not know, as I am always amazed about things I do not have any idea. And the most important thing for me, I am a positive person, or at least I always try to be.
