Overview
About Me
Coffee first thing in the morning.
Sarcastic and non-PC.
A better listener than a talker... the opposite after a couple of drinks.
Nocturnal. Socially awkward .

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: mostly the old ones. Barely know anything that came out after 1998.
Film: French, British, Scandinavian and everything by Francois Truffaut, Ken Loach, Yorgos Lanthimos and Ursula Meier. And Monty Python. And Ricky Gervais.
Books: the best books I've read so far are The Life and Death of Rochester Sneath and Mungo Park's Travels Into the Interior of Africa. I also love Richard Dawkins, Christopher Hitchens, Keith Waterhouse and Michael Palin.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Forgiven those who hurt.
Teach, Learn, Share
Not qualified in anything, so I don't know about teaching.
But I'm eager to learn anything from anybody.
Can share whatever there are to share. Don't hesitate to give me a shout when you're around Malang or Pasuruan.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can't cook but am very tidy, low-maintenance, and I don't mind helping or running errands for you if you have a busy schedule.
And I definitely can share:
Good conversation.
Long walk.
Indonesian coffee.
A tale about Indonesia from the most un-Indonesian Indonesian. An outsider angle from an insider, you may say.
