HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Offer to host at my house or show Sacramento to surfers new to the area.
HOWEVER, if you haven't hosted or don't have any references or are not
a verified member, you will be declined. Couchsurfing is not about finding
a place to crash so you can save on hotels.

Had wonderful experiences so far in meeting people I
wouldn't have known.

Live next to a 32 mile American River bike trail so love to jog and bike there regularly.Yoga and Chi-gong. Xctry skiing, snowshoeing,hiking.Learning Spanish, just completed an immersion program in Antigua,Guatemala.Traveling of course.

Very eclectic taste, from Pavarotti to Amy Winehouse. Also enjoy Latin ritmo. Books - Awakening the Buddha Within, books by Matthieu Ricard, too many favorite writers to mention.

Volunteered to work with a medical group who did free cataract extractions in the Philippines.
Worked as an RN in Bochum, Germany - so I can travel in Europe.Learned German real fast.

Don't know what I can teach that you cannot learn from
the web :). Happy to share my California native garden,
the American river parkway at the back of my house which
is the jewel in Sacramento. Great place to bike/jog/hike.
