Surfed a bit as I hitched my way through California, and dabbled as I traveled within South America & SE Asia. It's been great connecting with like minded people!

Books: I generally read memoirs. Augusten Burrough's / David Sadaris take the cake. Some other gems - Rule of the bone, History of love, Life of Pie..

Music - just to name a few: Fourtet, Tribe called quest, Bibio, Beach House, Grizzly Bear, Buke and Gass, Arcade Fire, Caribou, Broken Social Scene, Wolf Parade, Battles, Wu-Tang, Tycho, Beirut, Sufjan Stevens, Weezer, Modest Mouse, LCD Soundsystem, Radiohead, Pheonix... you get the picture.

Hitchhiked down the west coast of America, packed through SE Asia & South America, crashed a motorbike in Bali, thumbed my way up the east coast of Australia...you know, travel stories.
