Overview
About Me
I'm a recent graduate from Scotland who loves to travel and meet new people along the way. This year (2016) my boyfriend, Grant, and I are backpacking, working and WWOOFing our way round Australia and bits of South East Asia. We both enjoy being outdoors, especially hiking and camping, and we're keen to explore. We're new to couchsurfing, but have heard great things about it and are looking forward to joining in. It'll be a great way to make new friends and get to know different places. We'd also like to host when we get some place of our own, probably back in Scotland.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To meet new people and get an insider view of the places they live. I love the spirit of couchsurfing - bringing more people into your life and sharing, not only a roof, but memorable experiences too.

Music, Movies, and Books
I enjoy reading, and love the luxury of watching a film on a rainy day while travelling! I have a pretty varied music taste..
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Playing frisbee at midnight in Iceland, because in the middle of summer the sun barely sets.
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm looking forward to sharing memorable experiences with hosts. Grant and I are both keen cooks and love cooking for people and exchanging recipes. We've done a couple of cooking courses on our travels so far, but would love to learn more.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I hope we can offer enthusiasm, good company and the occasional home-cooked meal or baked treat!
