I thought I was going to take a year after school to "figure out what to do with my life." Turns out that's not how it works :)
Luckily I keep stumbling into interesting things to do. So right now it's working as a tour guide in Prague and looking for the next cool thing to do.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've surfed in Vienna, Tbilisi, Istanbul, London, Dublin, and all over Armenia, sometimes vacationing and sometimes just passing through - I think like surfing while just passing through towns the best because it makes it so much easier to enjoy a city in a short time.
In Yerevan my roommate and I hosted Peace Corps volunteers a lot (unofficially), which made our weekdays much more interesting and gave me couches to crash on all over the country. Here in Prague, I host when I have space to offer, which unfortunately is not often.

Interests

Languages, soccer, rugby, running with no shoes on, whirlwind tours of foreign cities, thunderstorms, cognition, playing with fire, unrecognized post-soviet breakaway republics...
I'm also into biking but not in that really intense spandex-buying, fixed-gear-building way. I just like to bike places.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

-A cruise ship in the Giudecca Canal so large and incongruous compared to its surroundings that I couldn't conceive of the whole thing at once; my mind kept slipping off the sides of it.

-A dump-truck in Rabat that tossed the trash out of the dumpster on the ground and then cleaned only the dumpster, forcing men to run in afterwards and replace all the trash.

-A bakery where people casually came in to have coffee and buy morning croissants while completely ignoring the 300 bees that had taken up residence there.

-The vampire of Highgate Cemetery.
