Find ways for humans to reconnect and understand that we and nature are the same, and find the pathways of healing.

ABOUT ME

Born and bred in Edinburgh, but my whole family is Dutch.

Good, healthy food, peaceful sleep, a good walk in the outdoors and a cuddle with a human I like - this is what makes me happy, I'm really not that different to a dog.

I am relentlessly fascinated and invigorated by the natural world, from the incomprehensible time history behind mountains and rock formations to the lifespan of a few hours for a microscopic insect that lives inside a sprig of moss. There's an endless stream of beauty, horror and knowledge waiting out there.

I want to learn so many skills and understand so many things in the world. Right now, I'm particularly interested in practical skills - I want to learn how to create and build useful things and understand the physical world more.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have been hosted a few times by lovely people, with an exception or two. I'd love to host myself once I am in a more stable living situation.

Interessi

I like to sketch people and explore nature, interested in biology, conservation, resilience - socially, individually and environmentally, cooking, music, dancing, yoga and reading. I like learning about things I never thought I would be good at previously.

New interests to me are natural building, storytelling, women's health and general healing exploration (different therapies, shamanism etc.)

The amazing things I've done don't make me more special than anyone , we've all done amazing things, which would never have been possible if not for other people, places and natural events.
