About Me
I am from Denmark, and trying to find peace with myself. I'm trying to learn to trust myself, my choices, my strength, my worth. And for that I use travel. Travel has put me in some situations where I was out of my comfort zone. But every time when I got through a difficult situation I have learned to trust myself and the world more.
I'm searching for.. my people. I'm searching for diverse experiences that can teach me more about people and my own preferences, so that I can navigate this life.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To explore the world on a budget. And experience more human connection than if staying at a hotel.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I was walking on the camino a few years ago, with my mom. One day, I reach a slope/hillside, with a field on top. I had walked in front of my mom, and she hadnt caught up with me yet.
At the foot of the slope, a baby cow had somehow fallen down from the pasture, and was sitting on top of big branches and bushes. His tail was bleeding, and I think his mom was walking around on the field just above, but he seemed weak and stuck. The barbed wire (!) around the field seemed to have been weighed down and was stuck in some bushes, just above him. Maybe he had fallen, while exploring the bushes?
There were no houses in sight and even if I could have identified the owner, I couldnt have told him what was wrong. So, I started trying to get the baby cow unstuck. He wasn't helping himself. So I started trying to lift him and push him upwards, but he was too heavy. My mom caught up with me, and tried to help, but we couldnt get him to his mom. After some time, a german group (i think it was) came by, and with their help, we finally pushed the calf up and over all the bushes, and he finally stood on his feet and walked slowly towards his mom, where they were reunited.
