Overview
About Me
Hm, it's always so difficult to describe yourself in a few sentences.. I would say I am an open minded and friendly person. I like to have interesting, long conversations and I laugh a lot. Besides that I am an active person, I cannot stay at home for too long and I like exploring new places. I enjoy being with other people, which is the reason why I also like to live in shared-appartments, I am spontaneous, creative and sometimes a little sarcastic.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I like to get inspired by people and their thoughts and ways of living. I enjoy interesting conversations that give you food for thought. And of course when I travel I like to avoid the most tourist areas and rather get to know a place, its culture, specific features and vibe from a local perspective. Since all of that can be found through couchsurfing I’m here (obviously).
Interests
One of my biggest passions is music. I love playing the piano, singing, going to concerts and listening to records. Also I love going to the movies, taking my camera and going for a walk and though I‘m not a designer I‘m generally interested in artsy, visual stuff.
I do climbing/bouldering and yoga and if I find the time, I like going on hiking or camping trips.

Music, Movies, and Books
I try not to limit myself to certain kinds of music and I think there are songs that I like in (almost) every genre. But mostly I listen to old music from the 60s & 70s, good ol’ indie Rock/Pop/folk, electronic music (whatever that means, not very good with genre names here) and trip hop / chilled beats.
I find it hard to say which is my favorite movie.. so I’m just gonna go with the ones that impressed me most recently, which are „Call me by your name“ and the documentary „The Cleaners“.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Hiking up, sliding down and camping on the volcanoes of Nicaragua.
Teach, Learn, Share
I am very interested in languages, so I would love to learn some words and phrases inas many languages as possible or teach some in my own language. Also I like to talk about cultural differences, I'm always interested in learning more about that.
And if there is an opportunity, it's always nice to cook something together, I think sharing food is one of the best ways to get together.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share my knowledge of languages and my stories and experiences that I have made. I can share songs and poems and I can prepare a decent vegetarian dinner.
