I always think it's hard to talk about myself. We tend to describe ourselves by telling our age, the job that we do, and one or two things that we like. But we are so much more than this, aren't we?
I like to think of myself as a person who is not ready. Which means I am free to change my mind whenever I want to, to create new habits and to let go of the ones that don't fit into my life anymore (well, it's not as simple as that, but at least I'm trying to!).
I seek to improve myself and with each experience and exchange I realize that there's always a better version of me to come. The more I open myself to new experiences, and to meet different and interesting people, the more I change, because they always make me see something in a different way.

To meet new people, who can teach me different things about life and be open to exchanging experiences and maybe learn something from me as well :)

Interests

Three years ago I started doing acrobatic silks classes, which became the biggest passion of my life. It's not what I do best, I'm far from it, but it's where I find myself happier and complete. It is very challenging and I'm always looking for the perfect balance between strength and lightness. Also, where I made the best friendships I could have, a beautiful group that became a family to me.

Music, Movies, and Books

MUSIC:
I listen to many different kinds of music, according to the moment I'm living, how I feel and the experiences I'm having.
Here are some of my favorite artists at the moment: The Beatles, Fiona Apple, Regina Spektor, Wilco, Joni Mitchell, Glen Hansard, Die Antwoord (yes!), Massive Attack, Tricky, Morcheeba, The White Stripes, Radiohead, Seafret, Twenty one pilots, Oswaldo Montenegro, Tom Zé, Elis Regina, 5 a seco, francisco el hombre, Clarice Falcão, Lenine, Liniker.

MOVIES
The movie of my life is Magnolia, from Paul Thomas Anderson. Although I shouldn't like it so much, since every time I see it I get depressed for a month ha ha ha.
I also love animated films, all from Pixar, and little by little I'm watching the many ones from Studio Ghibli.
Other movies I love: American Beauty, Room, Her, Melancholia, Before Sunrise, Lost in Translation, Sunset Boulevard, The Birds.
Favorite Brazilian movies: 2 coelhos, Leo e Bia, Apenas o Fim, Lisbela e o Prisioneiro, Que horas ela volta.

BOOKS
I'm always reading more than one book at the same time. This is a problem because I always have unfinished books and I'm always looking for another one to start.
Ever since I bought an ebook reader, I started to buy fewer books and became interested in graphic novels, which is my newest hobby. I can spend a good time looking at only one page, absorbing the way words and drawings fit together.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- Moving to the countryside to a big city to go to college, ten years ago, and learn how to live by myself.
- Rescue a dog that was hit by a car in the street and see gratitude in his eyes. Now he lives with my parents where he can have a better life :)
- Being able to fully show me when it comes to what I believe about love.

What I Can Share with Hosts

- Walk in the city to see some of touristic places in Porto Alegre.
- I can show and teach some basic tricks on aerial silks, just for fun :)
