We own a small graphic design company in San Francisco. It keeps us pretty busy, but with the remainder of our fleeting time we can be found drinking in our neighborhood dive bars, seeing live music and stuffing our faces with sushi.

We can entertain a brick wall.

Well, we both sold all of our possessions and moved across the country to pursue professional careers in art and design. In only 3 years we've met rock stars, worked for award winning design agencies and now started our own studio. I think that's pretty amazing.

1. Take the deepest breath you can and don't exhale.
2. Hold your nose and try to swallow.
3. Without letting any air out try to suck in more air as if you're sucking through a straw.
4. Even though it's hard try your best to swallow one more time.
5. Repeat until it's unbearable, then exhale.
