I grew up in a small town in northern California but now I am living and going to school in Philadelphia, PA. I am studying global health, possibly nutrition, and French. I really love nature, travel, and food (all three at once is the best!).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to travel but finding places to stay can be expensive. But my main reason for wanting to couchsurf is the unique experience is offers. The reason I like to travel is because it allows me to experience different cultures and ways of life. The best way to really do that is to stay with a local.

I love all music except really vulgar or violent music. Sam Smith is my guilty pleasure music. I really love romantic comedies and some of my favorites are: Ten things I hate about you, Peace Love and Misunderstanding.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I moved across the country on my own with nothing but a suitcase (going to college!) but that isn't so amazing. I have also spent the night at the face of a calving glacier in Alaska.
